Reservations:    
A 20% deposit is payable on the confirmation of your booking by us and the balance is due 35 Days prior to arrival. Bookings can only be secured by the appropriate deposit payment to our bank. We accept payment by Telegraphic Bank Transfer or payment directly into our bank account by any other means convenient to us. Please request banking details at the time of your booking/ confirmation.
 
Cancellations:   
Bookings cancelled or reduced in number between the following days from noon of the accommodation date are charged as indicated:
- 60 - 36 days 20%
- 35 - 20 days 50%
-19 – arrival 100%
If any room or portion of the reservation is re-sold then no cancellation fee will be charged for accommodation re-sold.

Liability:           
Management of The Gorilla Resort does not accept responsibility for any incident of any nature involving any client(s) who is/are at The Gorilla Resort Camp – Bwindi, nor while traveling to or from the Gorilla Resort Camp – Bwindi.

Variation:         
Rates are inclusive of government taxes, levies, service charges, breakfast, lunch, dinner, soft drinks, local brand beers, mineral water, house wines, local brand spirits, teas, coffees and laundry. However, they exclude: park fees and items not mentioned.
